Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Life Was In Danger After “Breakfast Club” Interview: The plot thickens in the Tekashi 6ix9ine story. For those just tuning in, the rainbow-haired rapper may be facing life in prison after the Feds scooped him up in a RICO charge for his ongoing affiliation with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. As reported by Page Six, Tekashi was picked up by the Feds twice this past weekend before he was ultimately indicted on Monday.
“[6ix9ine and the other defendants] participated in the operation and management of the Enterprise and participated in unlawful and other activity in furtherance of the conduct of the Enterprise’s affairs,” the indictment says. “Members and associates of Nine Trey committed, conspired, attempted, and threatened to commit acts of violence, including acts involving murder, robbery, and extortion against rival gang members and other individuals adverse to the Enterprise.”
